LAHORE - After the completion of trials, the two-week training camps of Punjab’s selected players for the preparation of National Games will start from April 14 (Monday). DG Sports and Youth Affairs Punjab Khizar Afzaal Ch said this while addressing an important meeting at National Hockey Stadium, which was attended by Director Admin Dr M Kaleem, Director Sports Rana Nadeem Anjum and all administrators of the Nishtar Park Sports Complex. Sharing his views, Khizar Afzaal said that as many as 600 players will be trained in the training camps under the supervision of qualified coaches.
“The best accommodation arrangements have been made for players participating in the training camps.” He directed all the administrators of Nishtar Park Sports Complex to make best cleaning arrangements during the training camps. “Top standard facilities and best training will be imparted to all male and female athletes during the training camps.
