In September, former Dorchester County Sheriff Ray Nash was the guest speaker for the John Birch Society Chapter in the Lowcountry. With more than 40 years of professional experience in law enforcement leadership, training and education, and human resource development within the policing community, Nash discussed at length how the Constitution of the United States of America provides the framework for the organization of the government and the rights of its citizens.
