Nancy Pelosi Files for Reelection

Pelosi, whose district covers San Francisco, has been in the House since 1987. She was speaker of the House twice: from 2007 to 2011 and from 2019 to 2023. Pelosi has overseen the passage of historic legislation including Obamacare, stimulus bills, the Inflation Reduction Act, the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, and COVID relief.
