This information is detailed in a circular signed by the Director of Corps Mobilisation, Abubakar Mohammed, and sent to directors, acting directors, and state and Federal Capital Territory (FCT) coordinators. The circular titled “Review of criteria for concessional deployment/relocation for married female corps members,” indicated that the management has approved changes to the criteria for granting concessional deployment or relocation to married female corps members.

It specified that state coordinators should now be informed that “changing a maiden name to that of a spouse is no longer a requirement for the approval of such requests by married female corps members.
