The Meteorological Office advised the National Disaster Management Agency (NaDMA) that over the next 2 days, there is a possibility of increased cloudiness with light to moderate showers and a low chance of thunder. Accordingly, citizens are informed that with the forecast for rain, there is the possibility of flooding. Therefore, citizens are urged to be vigilant, monitor the weather conditions over the weekend and pay attention to the information issued by the Meteorological Office and NaDMA.
Additionally, do not attempt to cross flooded areas either in vehicles or on foot. The Meteorological services and the National Disaster Management Agency (NaDMA) will continue to monitor the situation and provide timely updates. For additional information, please contact Mrs.
