In the fourth quarter, Garrett was removed from the game and found himself in the dreaded blue medical tent.

Here is the latest on the Browns' star. Garrett was evaluated for a concussion and returned to action later in the fourth quarter. It's unclear when Garrett suffered the potential injury, but NFL on Prime's Kaylee Hartung reported that the star was being looked at by the independent neurologist.
