My Chemical Romance tour will make a stop in one North Texas city only

The “Long Live: The Black Parade” tour will visit 10 cities across the U.S. next summer, including Arlington's Globe Life Field on Aug. 2.

ARLINGTON, Texas — After posting a teaser on social media Monday, My Chemical Romance has announced a 2025 U.S. stadium tour.

It's to celebrate the emo rock band's iconic album "The Black Parade." The album was named one of Rolling Stone's "500 Greatest Albums of All Time." The band posted the following announcement video, which shows only 10 U.



S. cities made the cut for the "Long Live: The Black Parade North American TOur. As of yet, Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas will be the band's only stop in the state.

At each stop, the band will feature a different opening act including 100 Gecs, Death Cab for Cutie, Thursday, Alice Cooper, Devo, Evanescence, Idles, Pixies, Wallows, Garbage and Violent Femmes. Tickets go on sale Friday, Nov. 15 at 10 a.
