Following the bus accident in Mumbai's Kurla region, the bus driver Sanjay More has been arrested by police and sent into custody till December 21. The accident took place on Monday night and resulted in the deaths of at least seven people. The driver, who reportedly lost control of the BEST bus, has been booked for 'culpable homicide not amounting to murder' under the provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).
