Marks & Spencer shoppers have been rushing to buy some "fabulous" footwear for the warmer months that have received rave reviews for their "expensive" look. The Flat Mules are climbing up the bestseller list as the weather grows hotter and shoppers get summer holiday-ready, with their style perfect for staying cool in the sunshine. Priced at £35, the mules have an easy backless design perfect for slipping on and off on days spent at the beach or by the pool, while their stylish strap detail gives off designer vibes for a budget-friendly price tag.
In fact, the mules went viral on social media earlier this year thanks to their resemblance to the iconic Hermes Oran Sandals , which have an eye-watering price tag of £610 by comparison. Available in sizes three to eight, the M&S shoes come in three colours with tan, ivory and blue to choose from, and have earned a string of five-star reviews from shoppers so far. One person praised: "I ordered these in tan, which goes with everything.
They are true to size and are very comfortable. They are a little pricey, but look like expensive designer sandals. Pleased with my purchase and will definitely be taking them on holiday this summer.
" Another said: "Very stylish shoe. Lovely in blue. Very comfy as it has a slightly flexible sole that also has a pattern so is not completely smooth and slippery.
Bought in brown as well as they look very expensive and stylish." 6 out of five stars from M&S shoppers, a few customers fed back that they found issues with the sizing, with some saying they wished they were available in half sizes. One person commented: "Really small fit. I am a size 5 so I ordered a 5 and a 6, both are too small, so you need to go up a couple of sizes.
" And a different reviewer echoed: "I ordered a 5 and they were too narrow to get on, and I am usually a size 5. I then ordered a size 6 which would usually be too large for me and still couldn't get them on my foot." Elsewhere on the high street, a favourite over at Next are the Suede Forever Comfort Double Strap Sandals , which have a price tag of £29 and come in black, beige, coral pink or metallic silver.
