We know that Saturday, April 26, is going to be busy. Between the Big Gay Brunch options in the morning and the Grand Tasting beginning at 5:30 p.m.
, the Music City Food & Wine Festiva l in Centennial Park is going to “eat” up a lot of your Saturday. But there are still five-and-a-half hours between the end of brunch and the opening of the tasting pavilion, so you can fill those precious hours with Cajun and Cambodian crawfish beginning at 2 p.m.
Here’s the deal: Chef Sophina Uong of Little Miss Mao inside Skinny Dennis (whom we've recently written about a couple of times ) is teaming up with The Gumbo Bros to throw a good ol' crawfish boil from 2 p.m. until the last bug is consumed.

All you have to do is make your way to Skinny Dennis at 2635 Gallatin Pike to purchase your ticket and then make your way to the Gumbo Bros tent to pick up your bounty. Enjoy some additional small bites from the Little Miss Mao menu and maybe a beer (or three) from Skinny Dennis.
