MOLLY-MAE Hague has opened up on the ‘bad relationship and habits’ she’s developed since giving birth to her daughter Bambi. The Love Island star turned businesswoman, 25, confessed that she never talks about it as it’s ‘triggering’ and a ‘very sensitive topic’. Despite this, on her latest YouTube vlog , the influencer, who recently found herself at the heart of BBL rumours , shared all on her “really, really bad relationship” with exercise and eating.

The blonde beauty, who broke up with boxer Tommy Fury , 25, the father of her 22-month-old daughter back in August , who was awkwardly questioned on Loose Women yesterday , explained that after becoming a mother, she has had a challenging mindset shift. She revealed: “Weird topic and I haven’t really spoken about this because I know it’s quite a triggering and a very sensitive topic, and I avoid normally at all costs talking about anything sensitive on my channel because the last thing I want to do is ever offend anybody. “But ever since I’ve had Bambi, so two years now, I have had a really, really bad relationship with exercise and my eating.

“It’s hard because I developed this mindset a couple of years ago, if I don’t want to do something, I’m not going to do it, aka exercise because I feel like when I used to exercise a lot, I felt like I had to exercise. “Then I went the polar opposite way and was like, actually if I don’t wanna exercise I don’t need to exercise. “I kind of convinced myself that I don’t need to do anything that I don’t wanna do and I don’t wanna exercise so therefore I’m not gonna exercise.

“So now, for the last two years, I’ve actually barely exercised at all.” Molly-Mae , who has recently found herself in a controversy over the pricing of her Maebe products, then added: “I’m just brain dumping here, I’m speaking out loud. “But it’s this constant battle in my mind of well, Zoe loves exercising, she wants to exercise so therefore she does it, whereas I never feel the need to want to exercise, so should I therefore still be doing it? “Also I know to keep my body fit and healthy I should really be exercising for I think they say at least 30 minutes every day .

“It’s this tricky mindset for me, I don’t wanna do anything that I don’t wanna do. I’m semi-embarrassed of the habits I’ve developed recently “And also with eating, I don’t wanna restrict myself so therefore if I wanna eat something, I’m going to eat it. They call it intuitive eating .

“But then also there’s that battle of, if I do that, I’m eating whatever I want and for me personally, it doesn't tend to be that healthy.” The Maebe founder , whose first drop of her infamous new fashion brand sold out in just 24 minutes , admitted that she is "embarrassed" of the habits she has developed, as she continued: “I’m really struggling to figure out what my version of what a healthy lifestyle looks like, and trying to find a place in which feels good for me with exercise and eating habits. After five years together, Molly-Mae and Tommy Fury split up in August 2024.

At around 4pm on Wednesday, August 14, Molly-Mae and Tommy suffer an explosive showdown and Molly-Mae announces her split from fiancé Tommy Fury, saying ' I never imagined our story would end, especially not this way'. An hour later Tommy shares a separate and brief statement confirming they have parted ways, and thanks Molly-Mae for making him 'a dad'. The real reason they split emerges and on Thursday, August 15 The Sun reveals how Molly-Mae learned Tommy had cheated on her - leading to an explosive showdown.

On Saturday , August 17, The Sun reveals how Molly-Mae had been sent an upsetting video showing Tommy kissing a girl in a nightclub in North Macedonia on a lads holiday. Exactly one week after the split a Danish woman accused of getting close to Tommy speaks to The Sun. On Wednesday, August 21, she denies she is the girl who kissed Tommy.

“I’m semi-embarrassed of the habits I’ve developed recently. “I know my family, they're not concerned about me at all, but because Zoe and I are so polar opposite. “The thought of a gym makes me shudder.

I think I’ve developed quite bad gym anxiety as well. “Weirdly, the thought of doing exercise gives me a bit of anxiety and I really don’t want to do it. “But I also know that I need to do it because I want to be fit and strong for my daughter and also for me, because I want to have a healthy body.

“But then also, should I be doing something that I really don’t want to do? Wow, it’s really confusing isn’t it.” I actually sound really chaotic right now The Filter founder, who previously revealed all on the "dark times" she had when breastfeeding , revealed that she is keen to go on a “thinking journey” with her habits and change her “chaotic” ways. She explained: “So this week I’m going to go on a bit of a thinking journey with that.

“Yes really, no one probably wants to exercise because it’s not nice , personally, I taste blood when I exercise, I literally can taste iron, I can taste blood in my mouth, I’m probably that unfit. Celebrity PR Expert, Ed Hopkins told Fabulous: “I believe Molly-Mae Hague 's new look is more than just a style change but a powerful statement of who she is becoming. “It underscores her journey towards authenticity, maturity, and sophistication and is likely to enhance her success and influence in the years to come.

” Brand and Culture Expert Nick Ede agreed, and told Fabulous: “Molly-Mae has transformed herself into a yummy mummy who has ditched the glamour model style for a more relaxed and natural look. “She’s becoming more down to earth and relatable to people and cleverly showing a softer side which will win her legions more fans in the process.” According to Ed Hopkins, Molly-Mae’s chic new look could be “highly lucrative” for the star.

Ed told Fabulous: “Molly-Mae Hague's transformation towards a more natural, chic look seems to be a testament to her personal growth and evolving style. “This change, which has become more pronounced since she became a mother, appears to reflect her journey towards embracing authenticity and sophistication. “It's possible that this new image could be highly lucrative for Molly-Mae.

“Her chic, understated style might appeal to a wider audience, including more mature demographics and high-end brands, potentially opening up lucrative endorsement deals and partnerships. “By adopting a more elegant look, she seems to align herself with premium and luxury brands that favour natural beauty and sophistication, which could lead to higher-paying collaborations. “Additionally, with consumers increasingly valuing authenticity and natural beauty, her new image could be both timely and marketable.

” Nick Ede agreed and told Fabulous: “She has started to promote some really great luxury brands including the cosmetics brand Tatcha and with her laid back look she will make a lot of money from brands looking to align with her.” Ed also noted that Molly-Mae’s transformation may be a sign that she is looking to step away from her reality show past. He continued: “Molly-Mae's transformation also seems to symbolise her desire even more so to well and truly step out of the shadow of her Love Island persona.

“The shift to a more mature and unique style appears to demonstrate her growth and her wish to be seen as an individual beyond her reality TV beginnings. “By shedding the bold, flashy look associated with her time on Love Island, she might be rebranding herself as a serious businesswoman and influencer who is carving out her own identity. “This new look helps her stand out in the crowded influencer market, showcasing her as a trendsetter with a distinctive, refined aesthetic.

” Nick agreed and claimed: “Shedding the flash looks she previously went for, she's also detaching herself from the Love Island stereotype and stepping out as her own person with a cool look that’s not flashy but totally on trend. “Gone are the 'look at me' posts and in are family style posts and trend led fashion statements.” “I just can’t bear it and I don’t really feel like a massive release of endorphins after either.

“I personally feel quite wound up, quite uptight and all my senses are heightened and I’m sweaty and I’m stressed and I’m hot and I’ve got one million things to do because that’s taking up an hour of my day. “I actually sound really chaotic right now.” Molly-Mae’s vlog has clearly left many open-mouthed, as it was shared just two days ago, but has quickly racked up 546,000 views.

The influencer’s fans flocked to the comments to share their thoughts on Molly-Mae’s confession, with many thankful for her honesty.
