Qatar tribune Tribune News Network doha Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB) has been honored by the Ministry of Labour (MoL) for its significant efforts in advancing Qatarization and enhancing community development. The recognition took place during a ceremony that celebrated outstanding individuals, companies, and organizations inlabor, social development, and social work across the GCC. The event was held alongside ministerial meetings on civil service, labor, and social affairs, reflecting the region’s collective commitment to workforce and community advancement.

During the ceremony, the Minister of Labour HE Dr Ali bin Samikh Al Marri presented the honorary shield to QIB Group CEO Bassel Gamal. This accolade acknowledges QIB’s dedication to Qatarisation by actively attracting, developing, and empowering national talent across various roles within the bank.
