Missing boy found in Albury after not returning home from school

Police have located 12-year-old Gary Holmes after he was reported missing from Albury on Friday, August 31. or signup to continue reading The teenager was last seen at a home in Springdale Heights about 8am on Friday. When he left for school and did not return, police were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

He was found safe and well in Albury about 9.40am on Saturday, August 31. Police would like to thank the public for their assistance.



Meanwhile, 11-year-old Alikai Kennedy after being last seen in Lavington on Friday, August 23. Alikai is described as being of Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander appearance, thin build, 145cm and black hair. He was last seen wearing a blue beanie, black hooded jumper and grey shorts, Alikai is known to frequent the Lavington and Albury areas.
