Ludhiana: Punjab’s development and panchayats minister Tarunpreet Singh Sond, revenue minister Hardeep Singh Mundian, deputy commissioner Jitendra Jorwal, and police commissioner Kuldeep Singh Chahal reviewed preparations for the state-level function where the swearing-in ceremony for newly elected sarpanches will take place on Nov 8. The ceremony will be presided over by chief minister Bhagwant Singh Mann , with AAP national convener Arvind Kejriwal in attendance along with other distinguished guests. The ministers noted that both Mann and Kejriwal will address the public gathering during the event.
