Qatar tribune Minister of Culture HE Sheikh Abdulrahman bin Hamad Al-Thani met with Minister of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan Adil Karimli, in Baku on Thursday, on the sidelines of the Qatari Cultural Week in Azerbaijan.
