Today looks to be another pleasant day for much of the region. We could see a few sprinkles moving into the region by the afternoon, but highs will once again be in the upper 40s for most of southeast Minnesota. Winds after being breezy to start out the week will have calmed down today to around 5-15 mph and have mostly shifted to out of the west.
The second half of the week looks to warm up even more around the region. highs by Wednesday look to warm up into the mid-50s tomorrow with only a few high clouds moving through. Thursday and Friday look to get even warmer, into the 60s and even a chance to reach 70° by Friday afternoon.
ADVERTISEMENT However, as we head to the weekend, we look to wrap up March on a more seasonable note, with temperatures cooling as a chance of rain slides in Friday night. The showers look to linger off and on through the weekend, with temperatures dropping down into the 30s for the final few days of March. However, we are keeping an eye on another warm-up heading to the start of April.
