New features and changes include: Microsoft previously tested a change to File Explore by which it would open with a new tab when you launched the app outside of File Explorer, but it temporarily disabled that feature in a previous build. This functional change is back in this new build. Microsoft originally intended to add 24H2-style labels to commands in Desktop and File Explorer context menu that previously lacked labels (Cut, Copy, Paste, Rename, Share, and Delete).
It tested this feature and then pulled it. And now it is recommending that Insiders in the Beta channel who wish to use this feature upgrade to 24H2 instead. This build also includes fixes for issues with Start, File Explorer, and Input.
