Micronesia Mall cleared of threat, resumes as normal

An all-clear was issued for the Micronesia Mall at 5:40 p.m. Friday after a bomb threat was reported at the building earlier in the afternoon.

An all-clear was issued for the Micronesia Mall at 5:40 p.m. Friday after a bomb threat was reported at the building earlier in the afternoon.

The threat resulted in an evacuation of the building. However, the mall has now resumed normal operations, according to a release from Guam Homeland Security/Office of Civil Defense. The release stated that no credible threat was found upon assessment.



"All measures were taken to ensure the safety of the public and all responders involved," the release added..
