Mickey Rourke Is ‘Sorry’ for His Aggressive Behavior on Celebrity Big Brother

Even Mickey Rourke can’t stop from Mickey Rourke from being an ass. The actor and former boxer agreed to leave Celebrity Big Brother on April 12, per the BBC . Previously, he had been issued a warning following homophobic comments he’d made toward JoJo Siwa .

Then he made sexual comments toward Ella Rae Wise, from The Only Way Is Essex. Wise told him he had to come with her, and he responded, “Come in you?” He also got into a verbal fight with Love Island ’s Chris Hughes. “You looking at me? Don’t eyeball me,” Rourke said to Hughes in the April 13 episode after Hughes looked at Rourke when a “rat” was mentioned during a pirate-themed challenge.



Hughes responded, “Mickey, it was a joke,” to which Rourke said, “Don’t f- - - ing eyeball me. You c- - -.” Other housemates kept the two apart.

When Big Brother asked him to leave, Rourke apologized. “I can’t take it back, ya know. I stepped over the line,” he said.

“I take responsibility for doing the wrong thing because I lost my temper, and I’ve been trying to work on it my whole life. And I wish I would have had better self-control. And I’m very sorry.
