Proud dad Michael Whitehall will be streaming into living rooms alongside his famous comedian son, Jack Whitehall, in the soon-to-be-released Netflix series Jack Whitehall: Fatherhood with My Father. Michael, who's an old hand at managing showbiz talent and producing, will delve into four episodes of advice-giving as they dropped on Netflix from September 10. Shot before and after the birth of Jack Whitehall's first child Elsie with model partner Roxy Horner, the Netflix special sees Jack seeking out pearls of wisdom from his father, grappling with impending parenthood.
The venerable Michael Whitehall, 84, boasts a hefty resume including authorship, production, and founding two successful production companies during the late 80s and early 90s. His clientele has sparkled with stars like Edward Fox, Colin Firth, and Judi Dench. This Exeter-born, Catholic boarding school-educated (thank you, Benedictine monks in Yorkshire) talent started as a film reporter before even hitting it big in telly production and talent representation, reports the Express .
