His clientele has sparkled with stars like Edward Fox, Colin Firth, and Judi Dench. This Exeter-born, Catholic boarding school-educated (thank you, Benedictine monks in Yorkshire) talent started as a film reporter before even hitting it big in telly production and talent representation, reports the Express .

" "This impressive net worth stands as a testament to his dedication, expertise, and ability to navigate the complexities of the business landscape." Michael teamed up with celebrated actor Nigel Havers in 1988 to form Havahall Pictures and went on to launch Whitehall Films a decade later. His TV stints have included appearances on fan favourites like Countdown, Alan Carr: Chatty Man and the heritage-exploring series Who Do You Think You Are? The one-time talent agent has turned wordsmith, penning riveting reads such as Shark Infested Waters: Tales of an Actors' Agent, brought to life with illustrations by his son Jack.

Later, 2013 saw the release of his joint literary effort with Jack titled Him and Me. He continued sharing his personal story through literature with Backing into the Spotlight: A Memoir, which hit the shelves in 2017. Jack Whitehall: Fatherhood with my Father airs on Netflix on September 10.
