Men of Courage, Elyria Youth Sports Club offering winter youth mentoring series

Men of Courage and Elyria Youth Sports Club have joined to host the final group mentoring session of their new partnership. The mentoring will run between 10 a.m.

and noon April 5 at Church of The Open Door, 1121 Tower Blvd. in Lorain, according to a news release. The youth workout first is with the boys baseball and girls softball followed by the mentoring piece for 30 minutes, the release stated.



Men of Courage offers a development series youth mentoring series where it mentors male and female youth to promote a “growth mindset” in terms of decision making and being cognizant of their life choices and how said choices not only affect themselves, but also their families, classmates and society at-large, according to the release.
