Pro-labor advocate and celebrity host Melai Cantiveros-Francisco intensified Trabaho Partylist’s campaign against job scams in one of her latest Tiktok videos dubbed “Trabaho or Mabaho”. Cantiveros-Francisco exposed to the public the latest job scams ranging from too-good-to-be-true offers to ponzi scheme recruitments. In her example of a too-good-to-be-true job scam, the host received a text message saying, "Hired agad! Walang interview! Kita P50,000 kada linggo! Click the link below!" [Hired immediately! No interview! Earn P50,000 weekly] She also reminded Filipinos looking for greener pastures abroad to be wary of unlicensed recruiters charging placement fees.

In a separate statement, Trabaho Partylist took note of increasing incidents of job seekers falling prey to similarly patterned scams because they do not have access to a reliable and consolidated information source for job opportunities. As a countermeasure, the pro-worker group consolidates local job fairs into a weekly job fair alert via its social media accounts. In the long term, Trabaho partylist wrote that it seeks to legislate the creation of a centralized job vacancy database to improve the employment rate and to ease the process of seeking job opportunities.
