Overgrown grass at Elm Terrace Apartments caught the attention of some do-gooders in the Duncan community last year when a group of citizens got together to clean up the landscaping and grounds at the low-income apartment complex. About 80 people came to help with the clean-up project that Saturday. That was a beautiful day, said Essie Johnson.
