As Mega City pre-launch sales promo ends on Thursday, April 17, 2025, T.Pumpy Concept Limited has announced price increase effective from Friday, April 18. Recall that the sales promo which started on March 31, featured reduced prices on the three categories of land available at the Mega City – 500sqm for N5 million; 300sqm for N3.
