This distinguished deal worth a whopping Rs 198 crore highlights the trend of wealthy people investing in luxury properties in key locations like Worli. The Kabra family acquired two apartments in late October 2024 located on the 62nd floor of Oberoi Three Sixty West spread across 13,809 square feet.

The bigger unit is spread across 7,167 square feet and was acquired for Rs 102.76 crore by his wife Monal Kabra and his son Rajesh Kabra. The second apartment spanning 6,642 square feet, was bought by Kabra and his wife, Kritidevi Kabra, for Rs 95.



40 crore. Both apartments include 10 assigned parking spots and stunning views of the Arabian Sea. Previously, the Kabra family acquired a duplex apartment in November 2019 on the 42nd floor worth Rs 56 crore.

Among them is Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor, who purchased a lavish apartment in the same tower for approximately Rs 60 crore.

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel and two high-rise towers housing residential units make up the upscale residential complex Oberoi Three Sixty West, which was created by Oberoi Realty. The complex has drawn many well-known residents and has come to represent luxury and exclusivity in Mumbai's real estate market. Bollywood star Shahid Kapoor is one among them.
