He started his career with the film ‘Meenakshi: A Tale of Three Cities’. However, he got famous from Rakesh Omprakash Mehra’s film ‘Rang De Basanti’. Kunal starred in ‘Don 2’ and ‘Dear Zindagi’ alongside Shah Rukh Khan and both films were successful at the box office.

However, the actor is the owner of crowd-funding platform Ketto which he founded in 2012 and is successfully running his Rs 110 crore company.
