MINGO — Mingo County High School students competed in the WV State SkillsUSA Conference this past weekend. SkillsUSA WV empowers its members to become world-class workers, leaders and responsible American citizens. SkillsUSA WV improves the quality of our nation’s future skilled workforce through the development of Framework skills that include personal, workplace and technical skills grounded in academics.

“We are proud of all our students who participated and their teachers.” MCHS said. “Big shouting to Maddi Jo Blankenship for placing first in Graphics Imaging Sublimation.

A huge thanks to our chaperones: Kayla Ellis, Chris Roberson, and Daniel Sizemore and teachers, Josh Endicott and Lauren Cooley, for preparing their students.”.
