McDonald’s has revealed a new collab to promote the upcoming Minecraft Movie in the form of a meal for both kids and adult fans. Over the last few years, McDonald’s has partnered with dozens of brands and celebrities to create customized meals for customers. Its Collector’s Meal back in 2024 came with a nostalgic plastic cup keepsake featuring popular brands like Hello Kitty and Barbie, while its Squid Game collab came with its own dalgonda candy .
Announced on Thursday, March 20, McDonald’s next collaboration features Minecraft toys for both kids and adult fans to enjoy. McDonald’s launches Minecraft movie meal The two new meals launch on April 1, 2025, just three days before the movie hits theaters. The Minecraft Movie Meal for adults features your choice between a Big Mac or a 10-piece Chicken McNugget alongside a medium fry and a matching drink.
A limited-edition Nether Flame Sauce is available for the 10-piece nugget meal, and both variations come with one of six different Minecraft-themed collectibles including: Zombie Hamburglar Grimace Egg Birdie Wings Fry Helmet Soda Potion Big Mac Crystal Every collectible that comes with the Minecraft Movie meal will include a code to unlock the matching in-game skin. On top of that, McDonald’s will also include a code for a Minecraft add-on pack featuring some of the brands most iconic designs. The Minecraft Movie Happy Meal, its contents are largely unchanged as kids will have the choice of McNuggets or a hamburger as well as fries and apple slices.
There are 12 different film-inspired toys, however, and each meal comes with a code to unlock an exclusive digital game on the Happy Meal website.
