McDonald’s has one of the first value menus for 2025. The fast food giant launched what it calls its McValue platform on Tuesday, as it promised last year. The McValue menu replaces McDonald’s former $1 $2 $3 Menu.
It includes most of the same items but doesn’t include beverages. Prices are in the $2.39-$2.
99 range for breakfast and $2.99-$3.79 for lunch or dinner but will vary by location.
McValue introduces a “buy one, add one for $1” option. For instance, if you buy a Sausage McMuffin for $2.29, you can get two for $3.
39. The buy-one option is for an item of equal or lesser value, so if you bought a Sausage McMufflin plus Hash Browns for $2.49, the two items would cost $3.
49. The chain’s McValue campaign includes promoting in-app exclusive deals and local deals, which it cautions may vary by store and franchise. Breakfast items are the Sausage McMuffin, Sausage Biscuit, Sausage Burrito and Hash Browns.
Lunch items are six-piece are a Double Cheeseburger, Chicken McNuggets, a McChicken or Small Fries. We repeated the exercise on our app with a $3.79 Double Cheeseburger, $3.

That puts the price in the range of McDonald’s $5 Meal Deal , which is extended into the new year but still described as limited time only. The deal includes either a McDouble or a McChicken, four-piece Chicken McNuggets, small fries and a small soft drink. In many places, the combo with a McDouble costs $6.
McDonald’s isn’t the only chain with new value meals. KFC is touting $5 bowls for a limited time, including a new one. The Nashville Hot Loaded Fries Bowl includes nuggets, coleslaw, pickles and hot sauce.
And Taco Bell will launch $5, $7, and $9 Luxe Cravings Boxes on Tuesday, Jan. 16, according to a news release. The $5 box will have a Beefy 5-Layer Burrito, a Crunchy Taco , Cinnamon Twists and a medium fountain drink.
The $7 box will include a Chicken Chalupa Supreme and chips with Nacho Cheese Sauce as well as the Beefy 5-Layer Burrito, taco and soft drink. The $9 box will feature a rotating menu item plus Doritos Locos Tacos, a Crunchy Taco, Cinnamon Twists and a soft drink. Related Articles.
