Mayo GAA have confirmed that the Connacht Gold Senior Football Final between Knockmore GAA and Ballina Stephenities has been postponed. The blue ribband event in the Mayo GAA calendar was scheduled for this Sunday, October 20th. But with a Met Éireann 'Status Orange' wind warning issued for Mayo on Sunday the game has been called off.

After consultation with both clubs, the Mayo GAA CCC have now rescheduled the game for next Saturday, October 26th at 7pm in Hastings Insurance MacHale Park. The Senior Football Final will now be played as a double header with the Junior Football final moved to 4:45pm on the same evening.
