Married at First Sight 2024 UPDATES: Channel 4 start time and full line-up revealed for tonight’s show

THE 2024 season of Married at First Sight returns to our screens tonight on E4. The show will air Monday through Thursday at the same time, and will not air on weekends. Each episode is typically one hour long, including commercials.

All eyes are likely to be on Alex Henry, the RAF airman who went Awol to appear on the show - and was jailed when he came back. The 2024 season will feature eight new couples, including a dog walker, a former clown, and the show's first deaf contestant. The couples will be guided by experts Melanie Schilling, Paul C.
