Filipino fans of Tony Hawk and his series of skateboarding video games now have an additional reason to purchase his next release as it will include an immediately recognizable Filipino skateboarder.In one of the more recent posts on its official Instagram account, the Tony Hawk Pro Skate game announced that Filipina skater Margielyn Didal has been included as one of the pros in the roster of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 + 4.The post also features clips of Margielyn talking about her skateboarding heroes as well as her excitement at being part of the game.
“When I started skating I looked up to Nyjah (Huston) and Leticia (Bufoni). Leticia was one of the top skaters at the time, even now,” she said. “I'm excited to be in the game and have other people use me and have fun in the game.

Back in February, Japanese actor Mackenyu announced that he would be voicing the character Gennojo in the latest entry into the Assassin's Creed franchise, Assassin's Creed: Shadows.Mackenyu described Gennojo as “a thief, a troublemaker who robs the rich and powerful and sleeps with everyone.” He also shared that Gennojo is interested in one of the game's main characters, Naoe, because “she is not an easy catch”.
Mackenyu also added that it was “wonderful”, “very fun” to work with the Assassin's Creed team and it was something that he could do every day.
