The 10% base tariff will be imposed on 123 countries and territories, while 60 will pay more. Thirty-two trading partners will have tariffs of at least 30%, with Lesotho and Saint Pierre and Miquelon paying the highest — a 50% tariff.Some countries are not included in the new round of tariffs, including Canada and Mexico, which are already facing 25% tariffs on most goods that Trump announced last month.
