Veteran actor Manoj Kumar is no more. The Purab Aur Paschim star passed away at the age of 87. The news of his demise was confirmed by filmmaker Ashoke Pandit.

' Back in 2018, Ranveer Singh had shared a picture on social media that had him posing with his hand on his face. He shared it with the caption, "Workin' the Manoj Kumar." The senior actor had reacted to Ranveer's imitation of him and showered praises on Padmaavat star.
To Mid-Day, Manoj Kumar stated that he really liked the picture of Ranveer. He was quoted saying, "I have seen the snapshot. He has done a good job of imitating me.
I laughed a lot when I saw the picture. Ranveer is on the right track." He also called him a fine artiste and wished him luck for future endeavours.
Manoj Kumar shared that he had watched Ranveer's Band Bajaa Baraat. The legendary star also revealed that he had worked with Ranveer Singh's grandmother Chanda Burke in Pehchan.
