Manish Srivastava re-elected city president of ABVP Prayagraj’s new exec committe

Prayagraj: Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP), Prayag City, on Friday constituted its new executive committee at Rani Revati Devi Saraswati Vidya Niketan Inter College, Rajapur. A total of 66 workers were elected to the committee, including 18 female members. The announcement was made by Vikas Kumar, vice president of ABVP Kashi Kshetra and the election officer for the proceedings, who formally dissolved the previous committee and declared the new one.

Manish Srivastava was re-elected as the city president, while Prateek Mishra ‘Suraj' was elected as the new city secretary. Dr Manish Srivastava currently serves as an associate professor at Kulbhaskar PG College, Prayagraj. Prateek Mishra is a law student pursuing his LLB from Rajendra Prasad 'Rajju Bhaiya' University.



In the newly elected committee, Shraddha Rai, Avinash Pandey, Virendra Singh, Prem Prakash Singh, and Yatendra Singh were elected as city vice presidents. Additionally, Abhinav Pandey, Sakshi Pal, Srishti Bhatnagar, Aman Shukla, Surya Prakash Gupta, and Abhishek were elected as City Joint Secretaries. The newly elected executive committee will work actively throughout the year to address student-centric issues in Prayagraj.

Speaking on the occasion, newly elected Mahanagar secretary Prateek Mishra ‘Suraj' said, "The newly elected ABVP committee is committed to spreading this awakening among the masses. Building upon the impactful work of previous years, we aim to work with even greater energy and resolve to address the concerns of students effectively.".
