Manganese X Energy announces $2.1M private placement

Manganese X Energy ( TSXV: MN:CA ) intends to complete a non-brokered private placement offering of up to 60M subscription receipts at a price of $0.035 per subscription receipt to raise gross proceeds of up to $2.1M.

Mr. Eric Sprott has agreed to subscribe for 57.14M of the subscription receipts for an investment of $2M.
