Manchester man, 19, accused of sexually assaulting child

A Manchester man has been arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a child, and police said he may have had at least one additional young victim. Brayan Bacilio Chacon Rivera, 19, was charged with two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault Wednesday and released on personal recognizance bail, according to a news release from Manchester police. The charges stem from allegations reported to police in May that Chacon Rivera had sexually assaulted a child under the age of 13 on more than one occasion, police said.
