Man kills wife, son, later hangs himself in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: A man killed his wife and son and later died by suicide in their house near Topekhana Park in Begum Bazaar on Friday. Family issues are suspected to be the reason for the murder-suicide pact. The man, Siraj, from Uttar Pradesh recently came to the city for work along with his wife and two sons.

According to the police, Siraj is believed to have first killed his wife and younger son and later (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); hanged himself from the ceiling fan in the hall and died by suicide.



His elder son, who escaped from the house approached the local police and informed them. On being alerted, the Begum Bazaar police reached the spot and took up investigation. The bodies were shifted to the Osmania General Hospital for autopsy.
