Man in hospital following crash involving a car and pedestrian in Dagenham

Officers from the Metropolitan Police were called at 6.50pm on December 14 with reports of the incident in Rush Green Road. They were dispatched to the scene with London Ambulance Service paramedics where a man was found injured.

He was taken to hospital as a precaution and his injuries are not serious, according to a Met spokesperson. READ MORE: Women arrested after fight breaks out in Dagenham pub The driver of the car stopped at the scene and there has been no arrest. Enquiries are ongoing into the circumstances.
