Man in his 50s dies following crash on Cumbrian road - police appeal for witnesses

Police are investigating a fatal road collision which occurred on the A590 at Dalton on April 1. Emergency services were called to crash at Dalton roundabout at around 5:17pm following a serious collision involving a grey BMW. The driver of the car, a man in his 50s, was declared dead at the scene.

Officers are appealing for anyone who witnessed the collision or anyone who has any relevant dashcam footage to get in touch with officers. Anyone who has any information which may assist the investigation is asked to contact police via [email protected].
