Ludhiana: Police on Thursday claimed to have arrested a man who allegedly threw acid on his wife, daughter and brother-in-law. The arrested accused was identified as Rajveer Singh of Kalal Majra, Mehal Kalan, Barnala. Jatinder Kaur Jyoti, wife of the accused, said that her husband would often fight with her and their divorce case was being heard in court.

She said that the judgment was to be pronounced on Thursday and her husband feared that the decision would go against him.
