Man assaulted victim in Borders to his ‘severe injury and permanent impairment’

Steven Gorman pleaded guilty on indictment to striking the man on the head causing him to fall to the ground and striking his head off the ground knocking him unconscious in Baker Street, Hawick, on April 13 last year.
