Man accused of assaulting woman in Ammanford attack

A MAN has been accused of assaulting a woman and causing her fear through his social media conduct. Daniel Taylor, 33, of Heol Cae Gurwen in Gwaun Cae Gurwen, appeared at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court charged with two offences. Taylor was alleged to have assaulted a woman in the Ammanford area on October 1.

He was further charged with stalking involving fear of violence. It was alleged that Taylor caused the same woman to fear violence would be used against her through his conduct on social media between October 2 and 21. The case came before Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on October 23, and was sent on to Swansea Crown Court.



Taylor was granted bail, and will appear next at court on November 22 to enter his pleas..
