A 76-year-old man has died in hospital 11 days after he was allegedly assaulted in Sydney ’s inner west. A 58-year-old man has been charged with murder and will appear at Burwood Local Court on October 23. The alleged attack occurred in Ashfield, with emergency services called to Liverpool Rd about 11.
