A 52-year-old man is set to appear in crown court accused of drug offences. Raphael Levy, of Shooters Hill, Sutton Coldfield, has been charged with possession with intent to supply crack cocaine and possession with the intent to supply heroin. Crack cocaine and heroin are both class A drugs, with maximum penalties for intending to supply the drug being life in prison, an unlimited fine, or both.

Possession of class A drugs carries a penalty of up to seven years in prison, an unlimited fine, or both. A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said: "Levy has been remanded in custody and will appear at Worcester Crown Court on Tuesday (April 15.).
