AARON Rodgers suffered another terrible defeat Sunday which left the NFL icon clinging to his starting quarterback job. Rodgers , 41, saw his New York Jets lose 26-21 at home to the Seattle Seahawks. Sunday's defeat at MetLife Stadium was New York's ninth in 12 games.
Rodgers threw for 185 yards, two touchdowns and an interception, which turned into a pick-six. And things are so bad that the Jets are considering a quarterback change. Tyrod Taylor is the backup quarterback for the New York Jets.

The Jets are planning major changes to the franchise as they search for a new general manager and new head coach. Head coach Robert Saleh was fired in October after a 2-3 start to the season. General manager Joe Douglas was also given his marching orders last month.
Rodgers would also be owed $38 million if he plays next year. But none of that money is guaranteed, meaning the team and player could part ways. Rodgers addressed reports around his retirement on The Pat McAfee Show last week.
Rodgers said: "As far as my future goes, I haven't told anybody in my life that I want to play in 2025 and not on the Jets, so that's 100 per cent false. "I actually said the opposite, I'm going to wait and see what happens at the end of the season and if they want me back and what happens with Brick and the offensive staff and the GM at the time. "There's a lot of things out of my control when it comes to that but I've really enjoyed my time in New York.
"Obviously we haven't had the success that we've all wanted to have but I've made some great friendships on the team, I've enjoyed living in Jersey, I've enjoyed time in the city and getting to know the fans.
