The BJP-led Mahayuti alliance in Maharashtra is set to form the next state government, as it crosses the majority mark with leads in 220 constituencies, according to data from the Election Commission. The alliance, which includes the BJP , Shiv Sena ( Eknath Shinde faction), and Ajit Pawar 's Nationalist Congress Party (NCP), is heading toward a landslide victory. According to ANI sources, the oath-taking ceremony expected to take place on 26 November and the party meet will take place on 25th November.

Eknath Shinde’s Shiv Sena faction follows closely with leads in 55 seats, while Ajit Pawar's NCP faction holds 35 seats. The Rashtriya Yuva Swabhiman Party (RSHYVSWBHM) has leads in 2 constituencies.
Opposition Struggles to Make Impact The Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA), comprising the Indian National Congress (INC), Shiv Sena (Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray faction), and Sharad Pawar’s NCP faction, is trailing with leads in only 51 seats. Among these, the INC has 20 seats, Uddhav Thackeray’s Shiv Sena faction has 16, and Sharad Pawar's NCP faction has 13. Smaller parties, including the Samajwadi Party (SP), All India Majlis-E-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM), and Peasants and Workers Party of India (PWPI), are leading in 2 seats each.
Independent candidates are also making their presence felt, with five currently in the lead.
