's controversial dating series is a binge-worthy delight: there was a row over , an eyebrow-raising prank, tears and even the true possibility of love. With all this excitement in the first episode, this might just be the best series of MAFS UK yet. Strangers meeting each other for the first time when they are getting married on TV is something most of us would never dream of doing but we can't tear our eyes away from the screen when watching others do exactly that.

One person who isn't taking this seriously though is before he has even met his bride. The biggest shame, however, is that it appears it is all over for one couple within minutes of meeting down the aisle. They haven't even had a real chance to give the well-loved TV experiment a proper go as their chances of happiness together begins to crumble before our very eyes.

Before the couple first set their sights on each other, it sounded incredibly promising. Emma - who like many of us loves a wine, a bread and a crisp - is MAFS UK's very own version of Bridget Jones. The bride wants a groom in a blue suit, someone good with their hands, lovely brown eyes and perhaps a bit of stubble.

She's never had a boyfriend but she's laying her heart on the line on Married At First Sight to meet the love of her life. When her surprise groom Caspar enters the experiment, I thought: the marriage experts have got it right. Caspar is exactly what Emma has asked for.

He is a Head Gardener on a country estate in the New Forest and, it gets better, he even has a dog called Bridget after the movie character. So he loves Bridget Jones too. Surely, they are perfect for each other? The marriage experts have struck gold here.

Could Emma and Caspar be the next MAFS Australia golden couple Jules and Cam? Only no one could have predicted how it would go horribly wrong. Because Emma immediately reminds Caspar of his strong-willed and bubbly twin sister Daisy, who has the same infectious laugh, dashing all hopes of a long-lasting romance. Caspar has high praise for Emma's big smile and dazzling beauty but says: "If I'm being completely honest she reminds me of my sister.

" In fact, Caspar says Daisy is the only person who can make him angry in under 30 seconds. Ouch! It goes from bad to worse when the gardener tells his twin sister and mum that he doesn't want to rip his bride's clothes off. Daisy tells him not to say it out loud and it sparks a fire in Caspar.

"Daisy, I'm not going to say it. F**k sake. I'm trying to talk to you.

Just back off," he tells her. "I'm not a f**king idiot." Not Caspar's finest moment.

By the end of the episode, Caspar promises to see how the experiment unfolds because his mum and sister think Emma could be right for him. Will Caspar be able to see Emma as her own person and not compare her to his sister? Or will Emma end up heartbroken? Kristina and Kiran had much more luck though. Even with Kieran pulling that cruel teeth prank on Kristina when they met for the first time.

The animal lover isn't even fazed when her groom sings an incredibly dirty song that shocks his own mother. Eep! So, when Kristina ended up in tears on her wedding day, the first thing I thought was: who would blame her? After a quick advert break, you find out she's crying happy tears because she can't get over how cute it is that Kiran lives in a caravan with his dog Hugo. Aw.

It's clear, they've got good potential. Hats off to Kristina for blindly putting her trust in the marriage experiment..
