It’s a stark contrast to the types of homes the 30-year-old has claimed she’s lived in, including a property worth $2.7m. . doomed from the start.This comes after Burfoot posted a TikTok at the end of March sharing that although she was a renter, she had “multiple property interests” — otherwise known as rentvesting.
“The place I used to rent was worth like $2.7m, so it’s actually cheaper because the rental yields are lower to be renting that place than to own it because of mortgage interest rates,” she said at the time. “It makes sense to be purchasing in high-growth pockets, so property development, where you can gain more in capital gains and then basically rent it out with a higher rental yield that covers the mortgage and interest rates.

Ms Burfoot, 29, a certified yoga instructor with a law degree from New Zealand, made waves in the most recent season of MAFS when she dumped Donnelly for Rice.The move infuriated the show’s producers because it spoiled Rice’s entrance to the show and his wedding to bride Lauren Hall.Things deteriorated for Jacqui and Ryan’s during the infamous sexy photo-shoot when Jacqui pleaded with her husband to compliment her to no avail.

The next day during a workshop with Alessandra and his fellow grooms, Ryan left MAFS viewers horrified after making vulgar comments about his wife, telling them she had “crazy eyes” and that she gave “awesome h***.”“I’m feeling very humiliated and embarrassed. I really don’t think my sex life is relevant to this experiment.
