
OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) - Sweet tea isn't just for drinking, it also makes a great marinade or sauce base!Ingredients1 cup Milo's Sweet Tea3 pounds brisket1 package fajita seasoning1 lime1 cup shredded pepper jack cheeseCorn or flour tortillas, warmedMADE IN OKLAHOMA: Toasted chopped Italian sandwichesStepsUse paper towels to pat your brisket dry.Rub your brisket with the fajita seasoning and in your slow cooker.Add your Milo's Sweet Tea and lime juice to the slow cooker.
Cook on high for 8 to 10 hours, or until fork tender.Remove excess fat and shred your meat.Serve with tortillas and top with shredded cheese, salsa and any other toppings you'd like.
